Healthy Mom Snack Hack

If you have a hard time enticing your kids to eat new foods you may want to try this healthy snack.  While, browsing the aisles of Sprouts Market last week a product caught my eye, Noka Superfood Smoothie.

I have been a real slacker lately, it’s the end of the school year, and I’m as ready for summer as the kids.  After reading the ingredients and certification on Noka, I was though, “It’s healthy and easy…perfect.”

Anytime a new product is introduced at home, it’s usually met with objection.  I needed to be creative so I purchased all the flavors (except the Blueberry/Beet) and told the boys about writing this blog and asked them to be official taste testers.

We made a chart listing the different flavors and everyone got a spoon. The boys rated each flavor on a scale from one to ten.

Blake’s favorite was the Sweet Potato/Goji.  He loved the cinnamon taste.

Trip gave every packet a score of ten (he’s very nice), but his favorite Blackberry/Vanilla.

Personally, I loved the Mango/Coconut, it tasted like a Pina Colada…yum!

Noka is USDA Organic, Non-GMO certified.  It wins with the interesting ingredients a person probably don’t eat every day.
