March is National Sleep Awareness month 😴 💤 So for those who are tossing and turning here a few tricks to help you sleep better: 


1. Stay away from Electronics two hours before bed 📱❌

2. Have a cup of Chamomile tea ☕️

3. Try diffusing lavender essential oil or use a pillow mist
 
4. Take a bath with Lavender Bath salts 🧖🏼‍♀️

5. Read a book 📖 📚 

6. Make sure the room is dark and electronics unplugged 

7. Meditate 🙏🏼
